Need help with first case mod.

Just won a New Sileo 500 case at my first LAN party and decided to build it out as my first build. After seeing some of the cases at the party i decided id want to try cutting out a design into my new case and filling the holes with plexyglas cutouts. Only problem is that i dont have any experience cutting cases, or plexyglass for that matter. Help please

You can use a rotary tool such as a Dremel or a nibbler.
I mod my cases for cable management. I use this stuff on the cut metal edges:
