How do I download Play Memories Home onto Windows XP? I have a new Sony Cybershot DSC-HX200V but the USB Mode want connect
Please help John

Go to Sony's website, see if they have that software available for download.
If USB not connecting, I'd replace the camera instead, since it's new.

Try upgrading your XP to SP3. It should work!

I'va got the same problem. The connection works fine on windows 7 but I can't connect toe my ol windows xp sp3 laptop. I tried the soby website but they only have the playmemories software, not the drivers (saying the camera should install automatically.

Try having the camera on when the PC is off and startup pc after camera is connected and in USB mode.

I think u need to burn it to disc then put it in player & it should play for u
