i only play one game -i've up-graded from a 9600GT card 2 a ATi 4870 card
seems to play OK but theres no diffrence that i can see -
can anyone tell me what Graphics card would be optimum 4 this gam

Just upgrading the graphics card wont make a difference, make sure you up the in game graphics settings too you should be able to max them out of very nearly.

Id be looking at adding mods to it, as your more powerful card will be able to handle them well

9600gt plays Oblivion very well. If you are having trouble with Morrowwind, which is an older game, I would look at the cpu/ram as the problem.

If you are talking about graphics quality then there's not much you can do with the default game. You need to add mods like Better Bodies, and some high texture terrain and object mods.
