i'm going to be running the core i5 setup with 2 gtx 260s in SLI. not sure on these 3 powersupplys. maybe some opinions can help. ~$150 for a PSU is my budget.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6813130239 - thats my motherboard i plan on getting of that has anything to do with the powersupplys.

Corsair one

Rosewill one

coolermaster one

*note* i like cheap! but i will not compromise system stability for some extra $$

*Edit* i want modular.

I am currently running the Antec PSU you are looking at, and I completely recommend it. It powers my SLI setup without a problem. Granted, I am running 2 9800gt's and a PHII 955, which may be draw less power than your rig. In my opinion you can't go wrong with Antec.

I would drop down to the Corsair 750TX or Antec TP-750. I don't see the need for a modular when you are running an SLI setup.

Corsair 750TX

Or

Antec TruePower TP-750

+1 to corsair, though i think he is looking for modular

if (big if here) the rosewill modular is based off of there Xtreme series then it is actually pretty good (johnnyguru actually recommended the Xtreme 750 and 850), though you would have to see what the rosewil Bronze is based off of

though the quality of the Corsair 750HX is the leader of the three you picked and would be well worth the money (though if you could deal without modular cabling get the 750TX)

+1 for Corsair. Comes in a pretty velvet bag >_>

although i'd rather get the corsair one, this antec 750watt one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6817371026 looks great to me. its reasonably cheaper and has a high rating and has all the specs i need. and really seems to be reliable. i'm thinking on getting that one.

The Antec will do you fine. It isn't an M12D, but a lot of its internals are very close.
