Problem wid installing webcam

Actually i installed my QHM500LM USB PC webcam drivers n it shows two icons i.e Amcap n zoom on desktop. when i tried to start webcam it shows " error 8007045a: cannot create video capture filter".plzzzzz help me out...

Try uninstalling then reinstalling all software related to your webcam.
