Hello!
I need help! I am trying to set up a RAID 5 disk array to install Windows 2003 Server Enterprise on. But the last time I did this was 5 years ago, and I've forgotten how!
I have an ASUS PSWDG2 WS Pro main board and 4 500GB disks. Microsoft tells me I cannot install Windows on the RAID, but I did it in the past.
Now, Windows can only see 4 500GB disks, not the 1300GB array.
Can anyone tell me how to build the disk array BEFORE Windows is installed?

I've figured it out. There's a setting in the BIOS. I had taken out the battery, unplugged the power, and unplugged the cables going into the main board. This reset the BIOS to factory specs, including the part that enables either SATA2 or RAID hard disks. So there you go.

Sorry there were two entries of my original question. Something went haywire earlier.
