Amd a8 3870k + amd radeon hd 6450 = ?

Hello, I recently built a new system and think my processor a8 3870k and the additional gpu amd radeon hd 6450 can make a good dual graphics performance. But I am not an expert in this area, plus the combination coincidentally happened. I also don't really know about overcloaking and I found out that my apu, gpu, and motherboard, somehow matched very well for overcloaking. Am I right? if I am right how do I overcloak it? is it safe? My mobo is Asus F1 a 75v -pro

Overclock in gpu inside of the 3870k through the bios by increasing the frequencies.

i jumped mine from 600 to 700, everything else left alone, with noticable improvements in fps and benchmark scores, have you ran any benchmarks with your duel setup?
