Wireless problem

Hello,im having a problem with my netbook..it just have been fix by the acer centre but when i got it back the wireless connection is not working, it can't detect the internet connection we have at home, it needs the cable to plug in before i can browse the net. could u please help me fixing it. thank you so much

Before your wireless device can detect the internet, it must first connect to an access point (router). The first thing you should check is that you are connecting to the router using the SSID (name) of your home network.

If you or someone else enabled the encryption, you'll also need to supply a password or Network ID to connect to the network.
