Need advice

I put this in the games section because I'm looking for an increase in gaming performance. :)

Quick question:

My rig (see sig) is calling for an upgrade of sorts. I am looking at getting MSI's Twin Frozr III GTX570 (oh yes, it's gotta be nVidia!). That leaves me with the CPU. Rather than getting a new CPU, mobo and cabinet, i'm trying to get more juice out of what I already have. With the hardware I have plus a new heatsink/ fan (CoolerMaster Hyper 212 perhaps?), will it be possible to OC my CPU?
1. Will the mobo support it?
2. If yes, till what speed? I know, from research, that the CPU I have can reach 4Ghz. But with my mobo and cabinet restrictions, I'll be quite happy at 3.6-3.8.
3. Will the cabinet need to be changed?
4. Anything else to be considered?

As always, all views are welcome!

You will have to tell us the CPU model and the motherboard make and model that you want to OC.

My rig specs are there in my signature. I'm putting them here as well:

CPU: Intel i5 760i@2.8Ghz (Stock)
Mobo: MSI H55M-P33
GPU: MSI N470GTX (Stock)
RAM: 8GB DDR3 Kingston RAM (Stock)
PSU: Cooler Master 700W Real Power
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1Tb HDD@7200+320GB
Case: Cooler Master Elite 335
Monitor: Dell 22" Full HD
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

The above (CPU) is what I'm looking at OC'ing. If I've missed out anything or if any other info is required, do lemme know. Thanks again!
