Memory issues with a biostar mothherboard mcp6p m2

Hello,
i have a boistar motherboard mcp6pm2+ and i have 2 ddr2 memory sticks when i put them both in the comp restarts and then hangs up on a black screen. i have a patriot psd21g5332h 1gb pc2 4200 533mhz cl4 and the other one is ult31690 1024mb pc2 4200 ddr2 533mhz i just need to know how to fix this issue

I have this biostar board and it doesn't list support for pc4200 ram. You may need an older chipset board, or try boosting the ram voltage and set the speed manually at 667, same as pc5300. Try just one stick at a time; use the "del" key and try getting into the bios. Otherwise, look for some faster ram on craigslist.
