Good mobo?

Just wondering if this mobo is a good mobo to use with this system. (thinking of changing that mobo for this one)

You have made the wrong choice of the motherboard.The one you've posted is a socket lga 1156 motherboard with the intel p55 chipset that supports the core i5 750 and the core i7 8xx series.To use the i7 930 you have to get a motherboard with lga 1366 socket based on the intel x58 chipset.You'll either have to change the cpu to a compatible one or get an x58 motherboard to run the i7 930.

You have two problems. First the motherboard is physically incompatible with the CPU.

Second, AsRock is not known for good quality control
