Burnt cpu possibly

well bought a new psu and heatsink and installed them everything ran fine so watched some videos on how to overclock and tried it to my complete horror it won't boot now, gets stuck at starting windows screen then reboots. running maximus iV mb with it 2600k 16 gb ram xfx 6950
If I can't get this fixed today I have to take it to the shop tomarrow wife is gonna kill me
