Does anyone have experience of the Hitachi CML174SXWB in the UK? Is this the same screen that seems to be getting rave write ups in the US?

In the UK it seems to be extremely cheap compared to other screens (£420 as opposed to £528 for a Sony X72 say).

If it is the same screen what's its general picture quality like(as opposed to gaming performance)? What 'short-cuts' does this monitor take to have such a low price?

I'm also considering the 15" Sharp TI1520B for £440; anyone have any experience of this?
