How do i change the refresh rate

Hello how do i change the refresh rate on my lg w2043t?

Hello and welcome to the forums
If you are using XP,right click on desktop,then click on properties and in monitor's tab you can choose the refresh rate from a list.
If you are using 7,right click on desktop and choose screen resolution and then click on Advanced settings and in monitor's tab you can choose the refresh rate from a list (same as XP)

It's a flat panel. You probably cannot change the refresh rate. Why do you think you need to?
