I need help

hello , im very noob when it comes to overclocking. i never tried it, but want to learn.

i got an asrock z68 pro3-m motherboard

intel core i7-2600 @ 3.40GHz //stock heatsink and fan- but once i get usde to oc i will be getting a bigger cooling fan

Kingston HyperX 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)

msi geforce gtx 460 oc video card

corsair tx650 power supply

1.5 TB HDD

I tried the -ASRock Extreme Tuning Utility - but i`m clueless what to do. i dont wanna screw anything up. i just want to oc a little bit, not extreme oc.. so if anybody can help me out with a guide or another oc utility where i can just press a button to oc that would be awesome.lol

because when it comes to settings im not very good at it. thanks for any help in this matter...gary

Have you tried reading the manual? I mean if you can't even figure out how to use an automatic overclocking utility, you should probably just not mess with anything.

i read both set-up books and installation guide.. gives me no help or information on what settings or what too set.. so i`m still clueless. watched some videos on youtube , but none for my board and cpu.i would like to at least try , that way i get a feel for overclocking in the future. but as for now no help yet ..thanks
