How to check my mic is working

Hello,
Dear my microphone doesnt work properly with cam.as my cam is working but without microphone.i can listen others and watch them too but others cant listen me.only they watch.as my microphone is in built with cam.

Make sure the mic is not muted. Does it work in Audio devices in Control Panel if you do a test from there?
