Overclocking asus p5n-d questions!!

Computer Stats:

Motherboard: ASUS P5N-D

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) 2 Quad CPU Q9400 @ 2.66GHz

RAM: 8gb

(other info): Nvidia 460gtx 1gb video card, 64 bit OS (Vista)

My main questions are how I can safely overclock my motherboard/processor to improve my computers performance while streaming to twitch.tv

Essentially, you are going to change the FSB in the BIOS up, test, repeat until it becomes unstable. This is a good guide and very informative for first time OCers. If you have questions or concerns, do some more googling until you think you have a good grasp, and all of us here can fill in the holes.

I Overclocked my old Q8200 using a TH OC guide, and I knew JACK at the time...
