Multi can't go beyond 33x

So I purchased a Hyper 212 Evo today to install on my server machine with the intent of overclocking. I go into BIOS and change the values around accordingly (not much to explain here as 2500k overclocking *should* be really easy) but I can't increase the CPU Ratio beyond 33x. I have taken some screenshots of the BIOS to show you what I mean:

Specs:
CPU: 2500K 3.3GHz B3 Stepping
MOBO: ASUS P8Z68-V LX
BIOS: latest v3703 (also tried with v0401)
PSU: Corsair CX V2 500W

It looks like the BIOS isn't detecting that your CPU has an unlocked multiplier. Notice the CPU ratio range is 16-33. That is why you can't put in a value of 42.

Yes, I figured as much. Do you know how to fix it?

I don't see how that solves my problem.

I've not done much with SB, but it looks like you need to adjust the Turbo multiplier not the regular multiplier. So, turn turbo back on, and set the multiplier accordingly.

I've tried that (and pretty much anything else) and it still won't go beyond 3.3Ghz (33x)

I've tried contacting Asus but their shitty tech support form isn't working.
