GA-78LMT-S2P Overclock Capabilities??

Last response: in Overclocking

Hello,

I recently purchased some new computer components to build a budget (in every sense of the word) gaming PC for my brother. So I bought the GA-78LMT-S2P / FX4100 combo from Microcenter. What I would like to know is if I'm safe to overclock the CPU on this motherboard? I have an aftermarket cooler for the CPU, so that shouldn't be a problem, I'm more worried about the motherboard VRMs etc. Appreciate any advice! :D

Start with the stickies in the Overclocking forum and read through them, then as long as the BIOS has settings for raising speeds/voltages and the such, yes, it can be overclocked.
