Keyboard and mouse dead out of restart/BIOS area.

Hello,
Foxconn mobo... after "staging" a PC for a final exam, keyboard and mouse only work in BIOS. Not at login screen. Actually, immediatiatly leaving BIOS, mouse goes black. Only changed boot order in BIOS, nothing else! Prior to that change, only turned off AUDIO and NIC in Device MGR. Have removed battery and jumper. Still dead k/b and mouse!

What do you mean 'staging'? Did you image a PC and restore the image on a different PC?
