I wanted to know if there is any website that will give information of Amp Draw for the Graphic cards made by ATI. Nvidia is providing this information on their website and on the Graphic Card boxes, but where can I find info about ATI Cards?

those values are just guidelines for the psu... the cards themselves use much less

devide the total wattage draw by 12 to get card amperage draw

^^and pls use the 'peak' values instead, those maximum values are rather unrealistic in normal usage, like games and stuff
