What is the average temperature of an i7 860?

I have an i7 860 and its running on the stock fan. It's currently running on 37C. And sometimes it goes up to 45C when I'm playing heavy games like Far cry 2. Is that normal? is that too hot?

37C idle on stock sounds about right. like zip said, check temps at full load (Prime95) to check if your HSF is mounted well.

My 860 idles around 30 +/- 3. With Prime95 running I gets up to about 60. One core seems to always be slightly higher than the others. Is that relevant?

I'm using CM hyper 212+
