BUDGET RANGE: $1200

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming!

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, OS

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: newegg.com

PARTS PREFERENCES: Video card preferably Geforce since radeon seems to be out of stock everywhere.

OVERCLOCKING: Yes. SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Maybe

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1680x1050, 23 in widescreen (probably upgrading on Black Friday)

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I want a lot of room to upgrade later.

That would give you the strong PSU and big case, and the board to handle CF or SLI well.

Obvously finding a 5850 would be ideal.....

5770 is in stock though, and two would be pretty strong. I would hold out for the 5850 myself.

If you live by a microcenter pickup the CPU there, Also look for combos
