I have asus mb m3n78 pro
i have 4 g memory 2x2
unable to boot . no postig 2x4
I need help please

Well, could you provide us with a bit more information?

Is it unable to post or boot with 4x2GB or 2x2GB?
What RAM do you have exactly?

1- Do u see some error in the screen?
2- Try with only one stick.

hi thank for replay
i am useing . mushkin . silverline pc2- 6400 ddr2 .2x2gb total 4 gb.
dimm 1a and 2a post and boot no problem
on 1b and 2b no post
on 1a.1b.2a.2b. no post
green light on no beeping but no post.
update bios 1402 .still same problem

no i dont see
green light on
1 stick works only on 1a or 2a no problem
1 stick on 1b or 2b no post.

Hi again.

If u can test the RAM in another rig do it, with that u can know if the problem is the RAM or the mobo.
