Hi All,
I have a gigabyte ga-ma78gm-s2h rev 1.0 motherboard with an AMD Athlon 5000x2 BE, XFX 8800GT and 2 sticks of OCZ pc6400 dual channel ram. I've tried to install both 32 & 64 bit versions of Windows 7 onto my Seagate Barracuda SATA II harddrive but i get a BSOD. I've used XP 32 bit before on the same hardware without any trouble. I have flashed the latest BIOS F11 to no luck. Any help would much be appreciated.

Cheers,
Steve

Next time it happens, scribble down the hex code that appears in the message; could be a bad driver (commonly) or seven is using memory more extensively and finding a 'flaw' in your memory setup (less likely, as you didn't have troubles w/Xp, & 7x86 [32-bit] is showing problem, too...) The code'll give us a clue!
