Hello everyone, I'm posting on behalf of a friend who is buying a new Dell XPS 8000 system. She is NOT a gamer, but may use the new machine for image, Flash, and video editing and development. Given the two very modest video cards below, what would you recommend?

Radeon HD 4350
GeForce GT 220 (extra $60)

For the sake of being complete, her other options are:

GeForce GTS 240 (extra $160)
Radeon HD 4850 (extra $200)
GeForce GTX 260 (extra $260)

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

A couple other points. I don't think that the machine will be used for watching Blu-ray movies, but I'm not 100% sure. Also, she may end up going with a dual monitor setup.

I would go with the no extra cost 4350, the added cost involved with the other cards , is what they cost retail. So this way she can see if indeed she is satisfied with the performance. Probably she will be, it still a pretty powerful card ,compared to any on board graphics.

And the prices on those other cards are MASSIVE ripoffs so they shouldn't be considered even if gaming was involved.
