Salam, I have an Nvidia GTX 280 and it requires I think 42 Amps, I have a PSU 1000Watts which produces on 12 Volt Rail 18A Total 36 Amps. I almost every day run into error my computer will be on but my video card just turns off by it self because of not getting the right power. I would say to be on the safe side get a PSU that produces more amps otherwise its a real problem.

gtx275 uses like 170W peak, so you'll be fine. and coolermaster is decent brand...

on the other hand mayus kW psu that only pushes out 432W on the 12V rails sounds like crap :P no offence

The card doesn't require 40 amps on it's own, it is reccomended that the power supply in the system you are going to put the card in, be capable of providing at least 40 amps of 12v power ( wether on a single or multiple rails )
Your psu can provide 52 amps of 12v power, don't worry about your GTX275 not getting the power it needs.
