Which Graphic Card do you guys recommend?

I added the EVGA 01G-P3-1155-TR GeForce GTS 250 1GB $155 plus $20 rebate AND free shipping. Its probably the best value of your list, plus the 1 I added.

Hard to know what cards will be on sale - you can probably preview a lot of the sale's stuff by this time next week.

If you are dedicated to going Nvidia, even now you can get 260s for less than 200. But for the money, a 4870 1gb or 5770 will give more bang for the buck. Hell, you could get a 4890 for less than 200 with free shipping atm.

The rest of your system is of consideration as well, considering that a slow enough CPU will make many choices unnecassary.

I have a AMD Dual Core Processor at 3.2ghz. I will be upgrading that in the mere future, sometime mid next year. At the moment, it's fine for me.

I wouldn't personally recommend much more than a 4870 1gb. Guru3D did a great cross system review of MW2, and an 8800gts was able to maintain smooth gameplay at most settings. At that resolution the price premium for the 1gb version over the 512mb might not give any gains, though the 512mb version is not included in this comparison.

Granted the test system is of higher performance, but nonetheless should be a good indicator of the performance scaling you will see between your choices.
