Do you already have the i7-860? Where do you plan on buying your components from?

So you won't be doing any gaming at all with the system? If not, just pick the cheapest P55 board from either Gigabyte or Asus. I don't know if you live in the US, so I'll use Newegg links. Here's a few suggestions:
