My computer wont start after hard drive switch

Hello,
I own an e-machine. I recently tried to switch my stock hard drive with a costom hard drive. when i try to turn it on it shows the e-machine logo then it goes to a screen that gives me a few options of how i want to start widows. No matter which option I pick it restarts it self and goes back to the same screen.
What can i do to fix this problem?

I must ask an Obvious Question....

Did you install windows on the new hard drive?

IF no or if it has windows on it from another computer, you must install windows. If it has Windows from another system, you must reinstall windows while the disk is in the current system.

you can't just replace a HDD and expect it to bootup.
did you install windows on the new HDD? or did you clone your old HDD onto the new one?
