Hi newcomer and welcome to the Tom's hardware forum.

1- That RAM have CL9 @ 1.8V, both CL and voltage are very high for DDR3 1600.
2- This G.Skill 4GB (2x2GB) 1600 CL7 are a better option with a less price

As you know, this problem was not happenend if I only use 1 stick of my Corsair....
Is this memory compability problems? or is PSU (POV Black Diamond 500W) couldn't have enough power to supply 2 Sticks of corsair?

1.) Those modules are fully compatible with your CPU. You need to set them to 1.80 volts in BIOS.
2.) What happened if the sky is pink? There is no triple-channel mode on MSI 790FX-GD70 (or any other AMD desktop motherboard).
3.) All standard DDR3 desktop memory is compatible with your motherboard.
4.) I don't read codes from that file. Try telling me what the blue screen said when it was still blue :)  Unless it said "IRQL Not Less Than or Equal To", it's probably not a memory problem.
