ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: would like to get the i7 920 from microcenter since they have them for $199.99 and are D0. Other parts I'm open to any respectable site.

Since your needs are not demanding you will not need i7 920.

 

So get i5 750..here it goes..

Looks like a solid build. I don't know anything about the i5 750 how is the overclock on those?

do you mean the manual overclock or turbo boost?

 

they overclock well...to 4.0-4.3ghz if you push it hard enough with good heatsink or other cooling..
