After Changing RAID settings in the CMOS there is no screen output

The issue is I have just bought a gigabyte p55m-ud2 motherboard. It was fine to start with I could boot into the CMOS. However after changing the RAID setting under>Standard CMOS Features> Peripheral Devices it no longer displays anything when I start it up. Everything runs, all the fans go, all the indicator leds are on but nothing on the screen. And I checked the monitor to make sure it was working. Any help is much appreciated. :)

More about after changing raid settings cmos screen output
  1. Use the cmos jumper to reset the bios. Unplug the power supply and move the jumper over one position so that 2 out of 3 pins remain covered, then return to it's original position after one minute. Or remove the board battery.
