What is the optimized RAM (SODIMM) for Intel Celeron M 900 2.2GHz 1MB L2 Cache 800MHz FSB? Is it DDR2 400, 533, 667 or 800?

800 MHz FSB actually means 200 MHz FSB freq and 800 MHz FSB clock. That means DDR2-400 RAM.
