Memory Fail???

Last response: in Motherboards

This is my first LGA 1366 build since socket 478. I'm having a problem with first boot. My build is based on the Core I7. Here is the list of components on my build:
Intel Core I7 980X Extreme Edition,
ASUS P6T7 WS SuperComputer Motherboard,
Cosair Dominator GT 12GB PC3-1600 CL8 2000Mhz 1.65v,
GeForce GTS 250 GDDR3 1024MB PCI-E Video Card,
Cooler Master V10 Hybrid Tec Air Cooling Heatsink - Using the Intel heatsink fan until build is complete,
Ultra X4 1200w PSU,
Ultra Aluminum Case - 3 x 120mm fans,
The problem is that the motherboard is flashing a blue indicator light by the memory slots, which on the ASUS P6T7 WS SC motherboard signifies a problem. Also there is no disply on the monitor screen. What is causing the boot fail? Has anyone had this problem? If so how was it solved? Any help will be very much appreciated!!!

Thanks for the reply... The manual just states that if there's a problem the led will flash. The manual does not provide probable cause of problem or troubleshooting.
