I need a little insight on picking a good VGA cooler for my sons graphics card. He has a Sapphire ATi HD 3850. There are two he wants to choose from (from a aesthetic point of view) that I think will get the job done keeping is gpu pretty cool.

The first is: http://www.amazon.com/Zalman-Z-MACHINE-GV1000-Z-machine-Cooler/dp/B0012X1KSU/ref=sr_1_15?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1257875720&sr=8-15

The second is: http://www.zerotherm.net/eng/product/CM2000.asp

The Zalman is made for the ATi 3850 along with a host of others, while the Zerotherm is made for the 4800 series ATi cards. But while looking at them in depth, on the Zalman site it shows a layout of the mounting holes used for the ATi 3850, which happens to be the exact same mounting holes for the 4800 cards. With that said, will the zerotherm cooler fit the 3850 as well. I really would like to get that one as it "matches" the CPU cooler (Nirvana NV120 Premium) I got him.

Thanks in advance for any answers.
