Some hardware is not compatible with Windows XP no matter what, if the manufacturer does not provide an XP driver, then it is not made to work with it.
You can try fish a generic driver or pick one close to your mfg.'s specs. but there are no guarantees. Microsoft got greedier with each OS released.
