Sata settings in phoenix bios

Hello, i cant seem to get my motherboard or bios to find the sata hard drive i just hooked up i am using vista ultimate service pack 2

Check the power cable again : )

And go to device manager and scan for hardware changes.
BTW, when u touch the drive - is it warm?
