or for the gpu should i get the 4350 because since dx11 cards are out and expensive i want to wait till they drop and get a cheap dx10.1 card to play games now. Will the 4350 handle games like l4d2 and css at max?

The CPU/RAM/Motherboard look good.

I have no idea if that sunbeam PSU is good or not. Should google some reviews to check it out.

What monitor/resolution are you playing at? Even a 4670 isnt much of a gaming graphics card anymore. Anything beyond 1280x1024 and its going to struggle to play even at medium settings.

No he is a noob. Don't listen to him. Driver's are only a google search away, unless you want drivers for some REALLY old stuff.
