A burned spot on my mobo

I have a burned part on my board. The board seems to be working fine- I am typing this message with this mobo.

In this picture by the usb hubs right bellow the screw hole there is a black and gold part looks burned. I believe it is hooked to the capacitor right there I am also having trouble using my usb connectors for the front of the case.
