I have a 8 button joystich with throttle control which worked fin on vist but now I cant find our install drivers since upgrading to windows 7

Provide the model and the brand of the joystick so I can look for the drivers.

Hi xserver thanks for the reply. unfortunalty I purchased the joystick second hand and there is no detail of manufacture or make apart from a serial No of 0714 on the base. I have asked the question with the previous owner who thinks it was a Game sore own brand.

The brand name does not exist. My joystick does not require a driver on Windows 7.

Go to Start -> Deviced and Printers and see if you can see it there and calibrate it.

Speed-Link Dark Tornado Joystick [SL-6632]

Hi thaks for the link. Downloaded, installed and :-( still not recognised in Printers and devices it shows as unkown device.

Did you restart after installing the driver? Try unplugging it then plugging it back.
