Whats the best way to overclock a Nvidia GPU ?

MSI afterburner, make sure you know what your doing, you don't want to end up a gpu's life that's just my opinion

Msi Afterburner, first start overclocking by 25mhz and then stress test.

is there a BIOS for that card that allows for hard ware over clocking directly before the OS starts up?
i have found this to be the most stable way of over clocking the GPU on my cards.
