Which gives best performance in ddr3

I am going to buy 980x today,
there 2 model in that shop
2x4gb 1333 mhz and 4x2gb 1600
i want to know which faster. i have plan to put atleast 16gb

1- What are the CL of both 1333 and 1600?
2- Since ur CPU support tri-channel, u should go with a tri-channel kit, the basic is 6GB (3x2GB)
3- The faster RAM depends of four things: CL, Speed, Voltage and OC capabilities.
