Cannot install Software Projca Canarias with XP Fs9 Getting fout message 2753.manager.exe
Whisch Einstein can help me please. I have tried several possibilities , but negativ

It means that U probably have some remains of some sort of previous version, or an old install of the same thing , not uninstalled properlly.

If not, a good thing whould be to delete any remains from program files related to it (if U can not uninstall it anymore) and every single registry key related to it, but that's a little tricky to do. Then try to install it.
