So im newbie to pc building this is my first one. So to install the mobo (asus p6t deluxe v2) in the case (antec 1200) i need to first screw the brass standoffs. Then to to put the mobo on it and to scew with philips-head screws. I got this but my question is do i put little red rings (usually when screwing something we do) to the screws? And do i put it into both ( brass standoffs and philips-head screws)? Ty in advance.

The red washers aren't necessary. As long as you are using the brass mounts, and have them in the correct spots<--very important, you'll be just fine.

there is a squish type feel to tighten the standoffs, go to that point putting them in. the standoffs need to stay tighter than the mobo screws, else you won't get them out. A new box and it should be a .25 turn after tight or a bit more...
especially the one up near where ps/2 used to classically be...

It's a major pain when the standoffs get loose. Makes the screws really difficult to come out.
