Face-to-face communication is easy with live transmissions from one group's TV screen to the other.
During the video conference:

* Cameras simultaneously swap live pictures between the TV screens in each location
* Cameras can be set to show the whole room, zoom in on one person, or focus on a whiteboard - a special document camera can be set up to send shots of papers, graphs or overheads
* You can view the pictures you are sending at the same time using a small corner of the TV screen
* Videotape the entire meeting for future reference
