Belkin wireless configuration utility what does no adapters mean

Hello,
I am trying to install Belkin wireless in my desktop. I installed the software and PCI card. When I open the Belkin wireless utility icon, it is showing "No Adapters". Please advice.

Did you install the drivers?

Go to Start->Run, type "devmgmt.msc" (no quotes), and hit enter.

Locate your network adapter and see if it has a yellow icon w/ either an exclamation point or question mark. If it does, check the status (right click, select properties) and post the message here.
