CPU overclocking itself

Hi, my CPU recently started overclocking itself.

I've tried changing the settings in BIOS, but after a reboot the settings go back to their overclocked state.
I also tried resetting CMOS, but the same thing happens again.

Any ideas of what might be causing this?

CPU: i5-2500k
Motherboard: ASUS P8Z68-V Pro

More about overclocking itself
  1. page 2-16 user manual tpu settings on motherboard
  2. Thanks, that fixed it. Not sure why it was enabled though as I have never touched those switches and it said in the manual they are disabled by default.
  3. maybe when you put the motherboard in the case did not notice the change
