CPU overclocking itself

Hi, my CPU recently started overclocking itself.

I've tried changing the settings in BIOS, but after a reboot the settings go back to their overclocked state.
I also tried resetting CMOS, but the same thing happens again.

Any ideas of what might be causing this?

CPU: i5-2500k
Motherboard: ASUS P8Z68-V Pro

Thanks, that fixed it. Not sure why it was enabled though as I have never touched those switches and it said in the manual they are disabled by default.

maybe when you put the motherboard in the case did not notice the change
