Gigabye p55m-ud2 and power supply

hi all. i'm building my first computer from scratch and picking up components here and there when i find a good deal on one. what i'd like to know is if the antec truepower 330w power supply is compatible with a gigabyte p55m-ud2 motherboard?

the power supply has a 20+4 pin output, the board has a 24 pin and a 8 pin input (if i'm seeing it right). if they are compatible, what is the proper way to hook them up?
