Stuck in a post loop as the computer just posts over and over again

i found this computer im pretty sure it was overclocked with software after i deleted the software im stuck in a posting loop never get past the post screens

dunno i go to the bios and it says overclock cpu/gpu and it gives me settings but i cant not over clock it its not over clocked very much but it wont boot any suggestions it was working great till i uninstalled several programs

Can you use pfkey in bios to reset to default ?

figured it out the operating system crashed i just put it in another computer formatted it and reinstalled works good now
